When Spencer accuses people of murder when she has no evidence on that person.

Same here. They all do it, of course, but Spencer is the biggest culprit of this particular thing. Every time she accuses someone of being "A" you immediately know that the person isn't. They're always so quick to jump to conclusions without much evidence, even after so many instances where they were proven wrong. It's like, please learn from your past mistakes and think before you make empty accusations!

Nope, I quit after the mid-season premiere. The whole "five years later" aspect sounded good in theory and I was initially excited for it, but in actuality it just doesn't hold my interest and found most of it boring. Never mind that I hated what they did to Charlotte, and how they've messed with the character relationships. I think a lot of my disinterest had a lot to do with how unimpressed I was with the S6 mid-season finale, as it was so sloppily done.
